Do you deliver the gourmet products internationally?
If you want the gourmet products to be delivered internationally, please contact our team via email to hello@thegourmetbox.com.au and assess the shipping requirements to the country in regards to any product restrictions, size and weight to make arrangements.Â
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars.

How do you arrange the delivery?
We use Australia Post and couriers for our local and international deliveries to ensure efficiency and quality of your gourmet gifts to be delivered at your door. However, we are not liable and unable to control what happens outside of our studio.Â

What is your shipping fee?
Our delivery rates are fixed for your convenience. In the event of large quantities or rush order we may need to send you a quote at a different delivery rate.Â
The shipping details in various regions are clearly listed in our Delivery Information Chart down below (all times are AWST). Please note that we only deliver on business days.

How do I track my order?
An order tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order is received and processed by our team.Â

If the person is not at home, will you deliver the gourmet products?Â
Australia Post and our local courier usually provide the authority to leave the gourmet products at your recipient's address or a safe place (under the roof if possible) if unattended, or with a colleague or reception at their workplace if they are unavailable. If the gourmet products are not able to leave with any person, a card will be left to collect the parcel from their local post office or agent or redelivery will be arranged.

Can I cancel my order after checkout?Â
No cancellation is accepted once payment has been received, and refunds will not be issued.Â
